Los Angeles Welcomes Adobe MAX 2009

LOS ANGELES --(Business Wire)-- Oct 06, 2009 “Connect. Discover. Inspire.” is the theme for the MAX 2009 technology conference hosted by Adobe Systems Incorporated that is taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center, Oct. 4-7. This year’s conference will focus on three emerging trends that are revolutionizing communications: social computing, cloud computing and the expansion of rich content and video across mobile phones and other devices.

“With Los Angeles on the cutting edge of technology, our city is the ideal setting for Adobe MAX 2009,” said Michael Krouse, senior vice president, sales & services for LA INC. In addition to providing informative sessions and hands-on labs for designers, developers and business decision makers, Adobe MAX 2009 also will feature keynote appearances from Shantanu Narayen, president and chief executive officer of Adobe, and Kevin Lynch, chief technology officer of Adobe. Narayen’s leadership, technology insight and operational expertise have strengthened Adobe’s culture of innovation, expanded the company into new markets and extended its product portfolio and global reach. Lynch oversees Adobe’s experience design and core technology across business units, which includes driving innovation of Adobe’s technology platform for designers and developers across desktops and devices.
