City of Industry, CA--February 19, 2010 -- Shuttle, an industry leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance small form factor (SFF) PC solutions and creator of the XPC, joins forces with solutions providers at Digital Signage Expo 2010, the world's largest international trade show for digital signage, interactive technology, and out-of-home advertising networks, to create innovative new digital signage solutions powered by Shuttle PC hardware.
"We've worked on so many digital signage projects - with corporations large and small - over the years, that we're experts in this area," said Nicolas Villalobos, Director at Shuttle Computer Group in Los Angeles. "You may not have seen it or heard about it, since we're 'behind-the-scenes', but there's a whole lot of digital signage out there that's powered by a Shuttle PC. And now, with our new line-up of Shuttle products, there's even more possibilities for digital signage solutions providers."
Earlier in the year, Shuttle announced several new products including its fanless all-in-one PC with touch and multi-touch screen capability, its high-definition ready 1-liter solution, and new small footprint PCs. These new models are more energy efficient than before and feature a performance boost with such new technology as dual-core Intel Pine Trail Atom processors and NVIDIA ION 2 graphics, that make it an ideal platform to adapt for digital signage use.
