Why doesn't anyone offer 7.1 setups for the Creative X-Fi's? Creative used to but I don't even see one available on their site any more.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

7.1 just got a little silly I guess. It is great for a home theater setup in a living room, but it is kinda out there for a computer setup.

Though I do have a 5.1 Thx system from Logitech that I bought many years ago, but these days I just use my headphones all the time. Using the speakers just seems so odd when I am playing a game with voice chat; and the quality of the headphone directional audio has gone up a lot in the past few years and is quite stellar with my Asus sound card. That and my Sennheiser HD595's are frikkin awesome.
