Today Kingston released their 667MHz DDR2 SO-DIMM memory modules for notebooks and custom applications. The new Kingston ValueRAM 667-MHz DDR2 unbuffered SO-DIMM modules are available in 256-MB, 512-MB and 1-GB capacities, shipping immediately in limited quantity.
