Kingston Technology Releases New Series of Popular SSD Destructo II Videos, Announces Challenge Winners
International CES 2011 Las Vegas, NV and Fountain Valley, CA -- January 5, 2011 -- Kingston Digital, Inc., the Flash memory affiliate of Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the independent world leader in memory products, today announced it has released new videos in the widely popular SSD Destructo series. The videos will debut during International CES 2011 on Kingston’s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/kingstonssdnow.
The new SSD Destructo videos were created using winning ideas from the SSD Destructo II Challenge contest held by Kingston in late 2010. The contest awarded $6,000 in cash prizes plus Kingston memory products. Kyle Broulette of Tacoma, Wash., was awarded first place, whose idea made Kingston SSDs the targets of paint ball guns.
