SAN JOSE, Calif. – June 8, 2011 - Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) announced that earlier today its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per common share to be paid on July 27, 2011, to all shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 7, 2011.
Cisco's Board of Directors approved the initiation of quarterly cash dividends to its shareholders in March of 2011. The first quarterly dividend was paid on April 20, 2011. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
