(Nasdaq:MU), one of the world's leading providers of advanced semiconductor solutions, today announced that Glen Hawk, vice president of NAND solutions, will keynote at Flash Memory Summit on Tuesday, August 21, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, California. With 28 years of semiconductor industry experience, all focused on nonvolatile memory, Hawk will explain how flash-based architectures are enabling the connected world, providing ubiquitous, fast access to information.
In addition to Hawk's keynote, Micron's technical experts will lead more than a dozen specialized sessions discussing the latest trends in the consumer and enterprise markets driving flash architecture and development. These presentations will take place throughout the summit, which runs from August 21 to August 23. From new NOR flash applications to 2.5-inch PCIe interfaces for enterprise flash caches, Micron will demonstrate differentiated flash solutions to more than 2,000 design engineers, technical marketing engineers and product managers from companies producing consumer electronics, computers, communications, military/defense systems, industrial and process control, test equipment and instrumentation.
