Going to be down on the folding for a bit
Well now.... isn't it ironic that once i get to 500,000 points, my actual job decides to lay me off(Thursday)..so chances are im going to have to slow down the folding for a ibt..not sure if it even conserves energy on the bill or not really. but im sure this rig needs a break anyhow...its funny too(not really).. they fire a shitload of people but kept the newest trainees..i understand if the people let go make more than the newbies but when you let go people who works 2+ years and keep those who were only working 2 weeks..then tell them to sign a severance agreement by Monday to start the severance payments..they leave out all the little details..good thing i felt all was fishy so im having a lawyer take a look at the agreement..probably nothing going to happen but a look is worth it. I thought i shoudl at least explain any drops in ppd from me after the rampage this video card did on points

Sorry to hear that. I hope you sign up for unemployment ASAP. I hope it is only for a short time. Try not to stress to much, I know its hard but it really doesn't do any good. Good Luck.

yea me too..nothing beats signing a paper to take a pay cut to make sure i still have my job..then not even 2 weeks later get canned
..so as said im having that agreement checked over by a lawyer to see if i have anything to go for...if not oh well..was a good ride..least there's an AT&T center opening up so ill try that..if not i may go back to school..was offered to get that going and not worry about my car payment
..so I just may go for that..im sick of worrying whether ill be able to get another job if the current one is not kosher..
EDIT:: I may even been ass and send an email to our new President Elect and say..."You were voted to be President, I got laid off right after..what can you do for me?" lol i doubt anything will come of it..but it would be kind of funny(to me anyway) to see what or even if there's a reply
