thanks for all the well wishes guys. My Dad is doing much better, and should be home tomorrow, a full day ahead of schedule. Was a stressful couple of days though. It was something we knew could happen, but damn that day was a little screwed up. I finally get the balls up to ask a certain girl out and this happens, immediately after, so I was in a bit of a tailspin. But this can continue, even though my PPD has hit the floor

If your not able now that school is finishing up for the summer i would be willing to run it.

I was thinking people post that they will participate, and they must for 1mth produce no less than 75% of the days.

Then at the end of the mth all eligeble members who participated enter into a drawing for a prize.

ATM i think the price would be This Case as i have been wanting to give it away for some sort of folding compitition for a while now.

its not that i won't be available after school, I just won't have time till next week. And frankly, I'm in condition to fold 24/7 after school ends because electricity ain't cheap. I'd be happy to co-run it with relevance

well if we set it up the way i was suggesting it means all members who fold full time for a mth have an equal shot at winning that way it does not favor people with huge farms or lots of borgs. Even you could participate with just one computer.

the way i see it working is you sign up to compeate, then on June 1'st the contest closes for new participants, and we fold for 1 mth. As long as your fold 75% of that mth IE, 23 out of 30 days, then you are eligible to be in the drawing at the end of June.

Rather than give the price to the person who has the most folding power... or the least... Everyone who folded in the compitition gets a shot at winning.

If we want to make it team based maybe we can come up with a 1st, 2nd, and even 3rd prize, such that if Team B gets the most points, they are the pool for the 1st place prize. If Team A gets the least points they are the pool of members that the winner of the 3rd place prize goes to. And Team C would be the pool for the 2nd place prize.

This make any sense?

OK, yeah sorry. My thick head. That sounds great!

I fold all the time, (except when gaming) so that's about 99% of the time.
