Frosty is coming back from Vacation soon and he's gonna be gunning for me.

Mwave seemed to have the best price and had this in stock Q6600.

what is the performance diffrerence in the q6600 4mb and 8 mb? thats a big price difference...

The 4MB one is actually just the regular E6600 :P

Where the 8MB one is a quad core (Q6600).

I was gonna say I didn't think the q6400 was out till the end of the summer at the earliest

According to the last DT article the Q6400 was canceled. I think the $266 Q6600 next quarter is a satisfactory replacement for it. :snakeman:

She's up and running a 355x9 for 3.2Ghz and 1.312 vcore.

Munching a rest of a 2609 now. I hope to see somewhat better than 17 minute frame times
