GPU - ATI Rage LT Pro folding?
I've got a Compaq Presario 5204 with an ATI Rage LT Pro card. The CPU is a mere AMD 500Mhz Chomper CPU that will take about 30 days for a simple 1500 WU (343 points). So, I was wondering if the GPU folding on this old box would provide faster results?

Think the ATI client can only run on the 1k series cards. I could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time.

Right, but 1800 and 1900 series only right now are worth it. Frankly the lower 1k series card are far too slow. 750mhz is really the lowest CPU that can make deadlines.

I wish they would get this to work for BOINC.

Bummer. That means the cost per Kwh to run the machine 24/7 isn't worth the folding efforts.
