How can someone with HT use all 100% of their CPU if they have the graphical client?

run the console one as a seperate service
that way you have it running in the background and the graphical one running at the same time.
really you should just run the console only as its much more efficent. if you do that then just make two instances and in the advanced setup section lable one as machine 1 and the other as machein 2
