Performance Question

Post by ratNukit »

hi guys, I just installed the GPU2 folding client now using my 4850 to fold. And I just wondered what exactly does the iter/sec mean or count? I' getting something about 650 average, sometimes going up to almost 1000.

And the second question: how big is a normal WU and does the progress bar and the number show this or is this the same for every WU. Mine is showing 10 000 000 in total.

first of all great to have you on the team.

iter/s is just how many calculations per second I believe. It all depends on your processing power and the WU

Size of WUs differ from WU to WU.

I believe the 10 million id number of molecules in the WU
