Official Folding War Thread

Post by dicecca112 » Sun Jul 06, 2008 1:34 pm

Well Since I'm ridiculously hung over right now, I'm setting up this thread now

Here are the specifics

Team 1 - Captain DMB200UK
Members - vbironchef, DaIceMan, Bwall, KnightRid
Est PPD - 20800

Team 2 - Captain Matt "dicecca112" "Beaker DiCecca
Members - skierkid450, ratNukit, DarkStar, InspectahACE, Alathald, martini161, camaroguy1998. XstollieX, kenc51, [additional recruits:] mad_goku, apoptosis
Est PPD - 20915

Time frame according to our poll is 3WKs. If you don't like this, then go vote in the old thread, and if it changes between now and tomorrow morning I'll change it.

Prize going to one deserving Poster TBD by the staff is http://www.amazon.com/Hauppauge-1139-Wi ... B000J1CCGA

Almost anything is fair game, from adding rigs, to overclocks, whatever you want. If you get someone else to fold, and its not under your name, post it, so I can add it.

I will host a spreadsheet with the scores as I update them on Google Documents. http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key= ... PQYQ&hl=en

*** Alternatively you can see team stats (with graphs!) at: Fancypants stats Page, these are updated by dan and done so on a semi-regular basis. If you want to download the original excel sheet for these stats, change the '.htm' to '.xls' in the URL. ***

Folding starts at with the 3AM EOC Folding Stat Update http://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/ ... s=&t=38296

Any questions feel free to post. Dan has post a smack talk thread here http://forums.legitreviews.com/about16418.html

All of my machines have been unable to send/receive results till like an hour ago. :(

So much for hitting the ground running.

Dan, my SSD died some time over night. So we're in the same boat. Luckily I kept my regular 7200RPM Notebook Drive. So RMA time for me.

Not an issue, I lost a machine today, so I'll be a little low now too. But I've added a Quad to the fold, so it works out

good luck with that. If it was mediacom, they would fail to acknowledge your existence.

The Google Docs Chart is off... You haven't included my points in the totals and you didn't add up today's column (F) in the overall total for team 2 ;)

Update: I also noticed you have day one off for team two also, so day 1, 4, 5 are messed up a bit.

Team one has - 151,449 points
Team two has - 111,954 points

So the teams are 40,000 points apart, not 60,000!!

Checked it. I'm just going to have on column not have it daily, and have it go by the Week totals for everyone

I'll of course double check this tonight
Someone check me out as well just to be doubly sure

Redid the PPD and Team 2 is down, I don't know what I did

Weekly points are correct in the member values, so the total should be good.

Not sure what you are basing the est ppd on though, so can't help there.
