wow...I just looked at my points for today and i did nearly 6,000 points....on my gtx280 alone!!!...i didnt think id get that much of a gain from my 8800gtx...

I am getting 6,240 points with a xfx gtx280. I am also running a qx6700 [email protected] with the new smp client so I average about 7k+ ppd.

what kind of points were you getting with the 88GTX? I'm seeing around 5200 with mine. Seems like a pricey card for another 800 ppd. Of course, I guess there is also the added benefit for people that game in the card as well. ;)

i was gettin about 4,500 ppd(wasn't folding a full 24 hours though) on the 8800 GTX which wasn't bad at all..i even saw 7,200 on 24 hour avg the other day(aug 11) too on this 280..whether it really was for that day or not... not sure..but i got happy as hell seeing 7,000 points in a 24 hour period though
