hmm, interesting, getting there isn't the problem, staying there is. Most teams on page 1, put out what we do in a month, in one week or even one day.

Actually 40 teams in the top 100 are below our current average.
I know that a few members here are ramping up for the fall/winter/spring. I also have a dedicated folding rig I hope to get online soon.

Spark suck at Folding, I'll take a 4 socket quad core intel machine (mhhmm 16 cores) any day. Better yet get me a GTX280 farm, get me like 30 of those cards, and that'll be a folding beast

I bet my new 9600GT is helping.

Plus, I said it before, but I'll be getting my friend to fold for Legit Reviews. He should be able to rack in some big points since he has an Intel Quad and a GTX 260. Then I have another of my friend who might let me fold on his computer under my name.

Weee. My friend's GPU client is up and running. I told him to fold for us, and his username is peskylittlebum I believe. Now we just have to set up two SMP clients on his quad.

Stupid GTX260 of his...completes a WU in around 2 hours....my 9600GT takes 3 hours.....I NEED MY FRIEND'S COMPUTER TO FOLD FOR ME!! HURRY UP AND GET BACK HOME!!

A XFXGTX280 takes one hour and a half. True.

My overclocked GTX 260 Core 216 is folding 59 seconds a step and my standard clocked GeForce GTX 280 is folding at 60-62 seconds a step... overclocking for the win! The past two days I've been running the GTX 260 Core 216 at 1500MHz shaders and I'm getting 6,720 points a day for the past two days.... not bad at all.

I also recruited someone... get this... my Fed Ex driver... he went out and bought that $49 EVGA GeForce 9600 GSO that Newegg has to try things out and join the team. He's folding under KRiley... He doesn't run 24/7, but he'll add at least a WU a day.

with the price of 260gtx, we can get a 9800gtx + 8800gs (or even 8800gt) which can give minimum of 10k ...

9800gtx with little OC on shadder gives my ~6.2K ... and the 8800gt gives me ~5k

a 9800 GTX+ gives you 10,000 points a day off one card? What shader frequencies... If that is true I'm switching cards because I have like 5 or 6 of those here.

9800gtx+ won't give that much ... :D .. what I meant was 2 cards (9800gtx and 8800gs/gt) ...

9800gtx+ would give around 6.3k .... not much better than 9800gtx.

He doesn't check the forums...It's just that I told him to fold for Team LR cus he didn't know what team to fold for. Now I regret tell him to fold for LR....but that's because he's putting out like 5700 PPD with his GTX260...He's going to overtake me and he hasn't even set up SMP folding yet.
