GI-Joe,
I see you joined the F@H team -

Do you need any help getting anything setup?

I don't think I do. I have 1 core running folding at home on my work laptop, but due to the heat that's all that is going to be able to run. I was planning on running both cores, but the temps with 1 core running is around 150 F.
I think I have everything setup correctly.
Right now I'm at 365/500. Going slowly though.
Processor is T7300 @ 2.00 ghz, only 1 core folding.
Should I be getting more out per day? Laptop usually runs at LEAST 8 hours a day.

Okay, I ditched the regular folding client and am now using the SMP client. I have already completed a WU, although its not showing up on the stats page? Is there a delay on the uploading of results? Or did I screw something up?

double check your username and folding team in the configuration area but it should be fine. it just takes some time to update.
be careful if your cpu is hitting 150 though! dont wanna fry it...yet hahaha

It's a work laptop. If I fry it, I'll get a fancy new one!

and since you get a fancy new one you should definitely fold away my friend. id leave it plugged in folding on top of the over while its on to you get that extra heat boost to fry it
