Was in Houston this past weekend and picked up two WD3200AAKS single platter drivers for 49.99. I should be up and running this weekend. I will have a 9600GT and 8800 GTS 512 setups.

I was having that problem with the graphic card that I sent back. I would try to keep everything at stock speeds for one. Two, make sure all your connections are secure. Three, reinstall the program and make sure you enter 38296 
It could also just be a WU with a major bug. I have been hearing of other people complaining of bad WU's.

Everything is at stock. It is factory overclocked maybe i can turn it down.

I had to underclock the Core on a couple of my cards because of Unstable Machine on the bigger WU's. once those cleared, I was able to go back to stock, but only my 8800GTX's are overclocked at this point (cause they need the help Folding wise).

I'm cooking now. Had to underclock the video card for it to work properly. Now that I have 9600 gt setup its the 8800gts 512 time. How well do ATI cards fold?
