points dropping - computer just died

Welp my main system went belly up over night last night for some unknown reason. I am on my laptop right now, but my ppd will likely drop quite a bit till I can figure out what happened. power Supply tests fine, I think it might be the motherboard

CPU tested fine in another copmuter so it is the motherboard. I at least got to test that Gigabyte one from ages ago, but that doesnt work either
Might be without the quad for a while, depending on if I can get it into another one of my systems or not. Would like to bring the water cooled setup down, but I cant see it handing a 8800gt and a q6700 ;)

what board failed on you? Is it under warranty?

Dunno if it is or not - its an Intel board - I think a DG33TL. I might have to check it out, maybe I can have an extra board lying around
Sux that gigabyte board that was damaged in shipment didnt wokr, I could have just used that one.
