Core i7 and GTX260 are running - HT turned off to use 100% cpu!! They have been running solid since last evening around 10pm EST.

Mike

I hope it gives the team a good boost!

Turn HT on and use the VMware/Notfred client if you aren't already doing so. It'll give you a lot more points and you'll be doing more science work.

If the f@h people cant actually FIX the program to work properly I am not going to go through the extra work right now to do it myself ;)

I MIGHT in the future, but right now I am still lingering around the point of stopping f@h if they dont get working on this program and make it work better with the newer technologies. Sorry, but it just all comes down to the plain simple truth....we are GIVING electricity, computer power, time, etc to this organization out of the goodness that we have and they are not doing SQUAT to get this thing working properly so people do not have to jump through hoops themselves to try and DONATE stuff!

Think of it this way - everyone bitches about Vista and stopped buying it, etc - same with games that are not done properly, yet everyone keeps finding ways to get this dang f@h to work the way the company should have it working in the first place! WHY???

ok I am done bitching - neck is hurting SUPER bad today so far and it just irritates me that "I" should have to go out of my way to pay more electricity, etc when the compnay behind it isnt doing a damn thing (at least not very fast at all!)

So for now, HT is off, f@h is running with the smp -4 and I have the gtx260 running with the gpu - and my points arent really doing CRAP right now - argh

Mike

Oh and thanx for the heads up about the vmware/Notfred - NO idea what it is, but I will research ;)
