a little GeForce GTX 285 action in the office PC ;)

Good for ~8000 points per day... Now that it's starting to get cold I can fold again 24/7

In the summer my office was getting into the 90's if I folded. Pretty sad in a 5 year old house with the A/C cranking.

So that's why you stopped folding and dropped out of the folding scene during the summer.

Apop's going to overtake me in...around 3 weeks. Someone save me!

Btw, it seems from the points there's only GPU folding going on. No love for CPU? What's the shaders on the GTX285? It seems that the GTX285 can put out up to 9000PPD if you can manage a high shader overclock.

I should have my folding back up in a short time as well. And pretty much the same heat problem as Apop. My office gets way too warm in the summer when folding. Heck even right now I think this room is heating part of the upstairs...that reminds me, time to close the air vents in here!

Just got my rig back up and running after painting the case..if it wasn't for CM's shoddy paint work, it wouldn't have taken me almost a month to do it right..But im and up and running..hopefully i can scrap together a rig somehow to get the 9600GSO i have folding.

Yea..in my opinion anyway..they could've covered the vents on the front and bottom that were originally painted black, and the side panel(with the fan) from overspray from getting on the interior side of it. Looked lazy to me considering the price for it. you can see it on the vent below the PSU.maybe it was the one i got who knows....it's all good tho..i learned a few things so it's not that big to me anymore..it was just something that bugged me towards the end of the project
