How to use Folding@Home

I have made a quick write-up on How to use Folding@Home. It is not officially released yet... but I thought it would be good to show everyone on the forums how to install this easy app... and if you have a P4 with Hyperthreading... you can find out how to use all your extra CPU utilization.
But Like I said... its not edited yet.. and I have no clue when or if it will get released... just sat down and wrote it up over my lunch break.
