So I set up F@H today. I found out that on the two Folding services that I'm currently running, I'm working on the same WU. Is this normal or is there something wrong.
Edited: Please see latest post for the SMP and Fahmon question. Sorry for the thread revival.

I have three more questions. One is whether if I can change how much CPU usage F@H uses. The other is if there is anything to delete after a WU is completed. The final question is that the time and date in the F@H log is incorrect. Is there any way to fix this? Currently, the log says it is March 22nd, and the time is 1:27am. Thanks guys.

Wouldn't be too far off from UK time. hmmm...
To change the CPU usage amount, on the console version at least, start it with a "-config" flag after the program. The easiest way to do this is to create a shortcut and on the properties put the -config on the end of the target.

1. yes its in the config options.
2. no
3. not sure, never really took the time to look at the time stamp in the logs. I would have thought it would have went off the system time.

DMB, how do I do that? I have the console version. I created the shortcut, then I right click properties. When I typed -config on the end of the target it doesn't work. It says it can't find the file name or path.

If its outside of the original target path, i.e. the original path bit in quotes, then put it with space after the .exe inside of the quotes, if its already in the quotes, take it out and put it at the end still leaving the space.
so:
"C:/folding/[email protected] -config" ---> "C:/folding/[email protected]" -config
or opposite if it alreadu is that. I can't remember which is correct.

Re: F@H question (SMP and Fahmon)
Hey guys. Can't believe that I've been folding for almost a year. I'm trying to get more PPD, and here's what I've come up with. Stop folding for my Team AnandTech and run SMP for Legit Reviews for a while if I can meet the deadlines.
1. If I do run SMP, is it wise to run it on my rig that is on for around 8 to 9 hours a day over the weekdays and around 11 to 12 hours for the weekend? And you can set the CPU usage right?
2. How would I setup Fahmon so I don't have to use the notepad/wordpad document each time I want to check my progress? Fahmon shows my PPD as well right?
Thanks, and keep on Folding!
