you probably deleted some ATI software, so uninstall everything with ATI in the name, run "driver cleaner pro" and download & install new Catalyst 8.4 suite from the ATI website

I to install the catalyse thing but it says "the installation found out that the (exploitation dont know how to say it ) system that you have isn't 64bit , and this installation is only for the 64 bit , this installation will now close" or something like this ... I can install it , but I installed the other hardware you told me ... if you could help me , I'd be so happy , thanks for helping...

Did you download the 64-bit drivers? You will need the 32-bit drivers to download.

If you go to device manager do you see the graphics card listed under display adapters? If so uninstall it by right clciking and choosing 'uninstall'. Open your case and remove and reinstall the card (it may not be seated properly). Boot to Windows and see if the found new hardware wizard appears. Double check device manager again to see if your card has reappeared. Then try to install the ATI drivers (32bit) that are meant for your model card.
Good luck!
