HELP: Screen Resolution

Post by DMB2000uk »

I can't get vista to run at 1440 x 900 (aka native res for my monitor).

I appreciate its still a beta OS so there will be limited knowledge on this sort of thing, but I really don't know what to do. Ive tried powerstrip and creating my own monitor inf's through it. But it wont do anything, I'm using nvidias 96.85 vista drivers, and am on a 7900GS.

Am a just out of luck here? Or is there a trick i missed?

(Another thing I noticed is that vista has given my 256MB card another 256MB of shared system memory :S)
