There has been talk about uninstalling then reinstalling the OS after making sure to 0 out the drive and getting another 120 days - no idea if that works or not, but if you reinstall every coupld months - you might be able to have Vista legally free ;)

Just keep in mind that even though you spent $200 for Vista Ultimate OEM, the OS is still illegal if it it wasn't purchased by a registered System Builder w/ Microsoft.
