openSUSE 10.2
I'm trying to install SUSE 10.2 and everytime i boot up the dvd it forces me to drop to text view and then i type linux to start install and it says that there is not enough memory to install specified kernel....i dont know what to do...i have a gig of ram...help
i am running a amd 3000+ 64Bit. 160Gig HDD 60 is for the windows partition. about 40 unallocated and about 60 formated to linux ext3. w/ a Gforce 5700LE. 1 Gig of ram.
when the dvd boots up the gui screen comes up with a black box on the upper left hand side divided into three boxes data, prog and another at the bottom with that says error 3. then when i press a key on the keyboard it drops to the text view. and i typed in linux and then it comes up with a message saying "not enough memory to load specified kernel"
