Making a Partition

I am running LIVECD PCLinuxOS 2006, but I also have Windows Me, sadly, and I'm trying to dual-boot, what can I do to create the partitions that are needed for Linux to install?

Try GParted, its a liveCD purely for messing about with partition sizes.
