"winsrv was not found" BSD!

I dont know if any one has had this problem but its a pain in the ass to fix, so i highly recomend runing spyware removal tools before letting any one you know install SP2. I had to use the recovory consule to recover the system for my friend and this is a huge pain in the ass if you dont have the administrator password.
