I JUST REFRMATTED THE ABOVE LAPTOP AND I AM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY DRIVER (THE PCI DRIVER).
I HAVE AN NVIDIA GRAPHICS CARD FOR THIS LAPTOP ON WINDOWS XP BUT IT IS NOT RECOGNIZING THE CARD BECAUSE THERE IS NO PCI DRIVER INSTALLED.
CAN ANYONE POST THE LATEST DRIVER FOR THE PCI BRIDGE OR WHATEVER ITS CALLED (WINDOWS XP PLEASE).
THE THING IS I DELETED THE RECOVERY PARTITION WHEN REFORMATTING

Hey, on the left of your keyboard, there is a key below tab and above shift. Press it as I think you accidentally caught it.

Use that as a starting point. Why you need a PCI driver is a bit odd to me, it should be installed by default, so we must be understanding, so please elaborate, without the caps.
Bear in mind I'm not as nice as Dan, please do not post in all Caps again. Its annoying, and I will close and delete if you do this again. Thank you.

That's actually quite funny.
Try bringing up the 'onscreen keyboard' (in the start menu and it's somewhere in the accessories folder) and turning the capslock key off with that. If that doesn't work you have two choices; permanently hold down the shift key to counteract the capslock status, or get a new keyboard. I'm going to presume that it is old enough for this to be an actual hardware failure and not some software glitch.
