Windows XP Home and /or IE6 Repair Install

I'm really trying to repair my Internet Explorer 6.
Haven't found a way to do that without a complete XP install.

Anyone know how to perform a repair install of XP?
I have a true OEM version of Windows XP Home.
The OEM versions do not have a Repair option when booting from the CD into setup.
You have to exit or else it'll try to install another system.

I slipstreamed my OEM version with SP3.
Of course it doesn't have the repair option either.

Is there a reason you need IE6? could you update it to IE7 or use another browser such as Mozilla?

I would like to repair IE6 is because I have it running on 2 machines here. My home page (MSN.com) is displayed correctly on one and on the other the page layout is completely wrong. (Certain text sctions are in the wrong place.)
I did something to that one and I don't know what caused the layout to go haywire.
It seems as if the HTML code got jumbled.

I have IE7 running OK on the formerly "bad" machine. I just would have liked to correct IE6 on that one machine.

Thanks for the interest.
