Microsoft Windows Security Bulletin Summary for October 2003

Post by Apoptosis »

Why I didn't see this or hear about it is beyond me, but Microsoft has released several critical updates for Windows. I highly advise downloading the updates you need otherwise you might be on the receiving end of a virus in a couple weeks that utilizes these flaws.

Additionally, for those who aren't aware, there's a critical update 'rollup' available for XP, basically just a package containing all the critical updates since SP1 was released.

This was released on the same day as the Security Bulletin, but doesn't contain those updates. So download both!
