Windows Update mixing languages?!

This is what I saw upon getting ready to install windows update files
Any ideas what's up with this?

could have mixed up HTML modules, thus affecting the button, or someone hacked it, or they did it as a joke, hell, kinda hard to tell, lol, those damn Germans, rofl (and I can say that because I am partially one, rofl).

I dunno, but when I install the latest updates, my system freezes on the windows load screen and I have to boot and safe mode and roll back the updates
