Workaround to install Vista UPGRADE on a machine with No OS

Operating Systems
Windows, Linux, Solaris, Red Hat, etc.....32 bit or 64 bit.

Ok, this seems legit.

A pain in the arse, but doable if you buy an upgrade version and not full retail

I thought that you could do it default anyways? Last I heard instead of being asked for one CD Key, you were asked for two.

Guess that was changed recently.
