recovery

Post by Merlin »

I had to re-install windows but to avoid losing data I switched HDDs making my original boot drive the backup and using the original back as the boot. I need to know how to get my wife's e-mail address book off of the original boot drive. I have no idea where to go to find it, I have looked in the Internet Explorer file and don't see them. Help plz

I'm sure it is outlook so you have to look there. My outlook extension address book (I don't use it but) is at this address:

C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\wab.exe

Probably just copy that whole folder and it should have what you need.

if you cant find the .wab file in the outlook express folder. then reboot back to the old then start up the email and export the addy book as a CSV file.
