I'm Stupid (Visual Studio 2005)

I finally found something that was beginner level for learning VS2005. So far, everything I found it for Intermediate knowledge. The problem is that I can't, for the life of me, find this DL from MS.

I may be stupid, but personally, I blame it on MS's website being built for Geeks and not for regular jobs. Amazes me how I can find anything on Amazon.com, but I have never found a thing helpful on MS's site.

Does anyone know where I can get those? If you can tell me, I'd appreciate it, the links take me to a home page and not something that helps me.
