Any Visual Studio 2005 Tutorials?

Post by Tim Burton »

I got a copy of VS2005 from MS Launch. I'd like to learn how to use it, does anyone have a link to a tutorial for it?

I'd appreciate it. I can definately see myself using it, but I need to know what I am doing first.

I bought a book - I think it's called VB2005 step by step (it's about $40). I'm only on chapter 2 but it seems to be well written.

Actually - here it is for $26.99!

If you have done some VB scripts in Excel or designed so Access database forms, you'll find it very similar.

Not all schools are part of the MSDN Academic Aliance program. My university happens to participate in it, and it is GREAT!
I don't think they actually have any tutorials though, just the software. At least that's the way ours is.

You don't need to be part of MSDN to access their website and help. Although sometimes I wish their help would be more helpful, they don't give thorough help, just brief overview of each function and its subfunctions.
