Adobe Designer/Spss

Ok so some people here asked me if I could help them figure out how to export a test basically to an spss database using adobe designer after reading the full help file on it I tried it and we got a security error about the source not being trusted. Any idea how to do this? or what we did wrong. Personally I've never used full acrobat in my life or designer, or spss for that matter. I'm just an undergrad. Any help would be appreciated don't really expect anyone to know but I figured it's worth a shot.
