Has anyone ever seen any stats on how many copies of Photoshop are pirated? There are trazillions of photoshop and sig sites out there. I find it hard to believe that all those people own legit copies of photoshop.

Granted, I'll give them their dues. Photoshop rocks. But I personally use the GIMP because its free, and with a little practice, you can do a lot of the same crap you can do in Photoshop. Don't get me wrong though - I know its easier in Photoshop. Adobe has a huge group of developers on staff to work on their software. The GIMP is totally open-source.

My sig was created with the GIMP. I probably could have done it with Photoshop in about half the time, but that doesn't bother me. Anyone else have any GIMP vs Photoshop thoughts?
