ya, you are gonna wanna do that in all the programs...i set it up for my girlfriend and didnt know about that, she had one hell of a time figuring that all out...

i dont remember, and dont have it installed, is there a outlook type program in the open office stuff?

I don't think they have something like that at this time. But Mozilla's alternative is Thunderbird. It's free as well.
