I'm not sure if this works with subsequent versions...

You must enter a blank file and this must be the first thing you do
Enter Excel 97
Hit the F5 key
Type X97:L97
Press the enter key
Press the tab key
Hold down shift + ctrl while selecting the chart wizard button
