Here is another utility to add to the list:

ZipGenius

This utility can replace WinZip and WinRar. It supports almost all of the compression formats and it is Freeware.

CDBurnerXP Pro

SIW -- this is an app similar to Everest.

I use it at work because they use Roxio Coaster Creator.
