Since the demise of MBM 5, this is probably the best utility left for monitoring temps, voltages, and fans speeds available. If you need these capabilities, I'd suggest checking this program out.

hell for the time being i still use MBM, and will continue to until it my motherboard is no longer supported. Looks like a nice app though, ... humm maybe a switch is needed.
