Hi all,
I want to upload some files to my website. So I am looking for an advanced FTP client software solution designed for ease of use by both novices and professionals. It should be powerful and secure file transfer solution. It should also have total control, security, efficiency, and simplicity. If you people have any idea then please let me know.
Thanks in advance!

Security is only worthwhile if you have it on both ends of the transmission - if your website has security and your transmitting computer has security, then you are as secure as you are going to get unes you want to encrypt everything and decrypt it at the destination (Are you CIA? no? Well I would skip this step)

You can basically use ANY ftp program out there. You want a full featured behemoth - check out Serv-U

free - http://www.smartftp.com/ - even says it is secure

Mike

:) Seriously folks, what is the big push in everything having to be secured now a days? If it is of national importance or personal information (Soc. Sec #, Credit card, etc - not what you had for dinner or who you slept with ;) ) then I can see it, other than those times, security is a waste.

Tell that to Bill Clinton.

Seriously though, I agree with Mike.

Hi, I use AnyClient when I need file transfer. It is a free platform independent file transfer application that supports all major file transfer protocols including FTP/S, SFTP and WebDAV/S. AnyClient is available both as a web based service requiring no software installation, and as a downloadable application that you can install locally. Hope this will help you.
All the best!
