We have been talking about 3DMark Vantage from FutureMark for a long time. The latest word from the company said 3DMark Vantage will be announce in April 28.

The new 3DMark Vantage is a 100% DirectX10 application, works with Vista only. But FYI, at first they scheduled to release the application at GDC this year but failed to launch. Hope this time they can make it.

With the release date, source also mentions the application requirement:

Minimum requirement:

Intel Pentium D 3.2GHz

D3D10/SM4.0 GFX card, 256MB graphic memory

1GB System memory

2GB HDD

Win Vista

Recommended:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 or better

D3D10/SM4.0 GFX card with 512MB or more.

2GB memory

2GB HDD

WinVista

definitely getting it, but im sure ill be waiting for the first benchmark to finish three hours later. :(

under requirements: "2GB HDD"..... really? :? ..... did they mean to say 2GB free disk space? because... well, 2GB HDD sounds like a requirement from fifteen years ago.

yes, that would be free space, and i have a pair of HDDs that total less than 2GB  but i don't think they work anymore anyways(they were in a '95)
