Media Player Classic HC VMR9 question

Strugling with lipsync problems for months now. Yesterday was a breakthrough! I finally found out something which you guys maybe can help with:
When I disable the d3d (remove tearing) option I get NO LIPSYNC problems. When I enable it I get lipsync troubles from the very beginning of a movie. Lock-back-buffer doesn t help.
So, probably you think: Why not keep d3d disabled? Because I can t. I HAVE to use this feature in to get 100% tearing-free playback. Haali is also no option: in Haali the tearing is less than with VMR9 but still present.
So the conclusion is that with VMR9 renderless d3d something goes wrong.
