4 way video conference with recording

OK, I have been looking for a piece of software for either a Mac or a PC that would do at least a 3-way video conference AND have the ability to record it for use on a website.

Only things i have come up with are using a screen capture program, but I have been told that the person recording it will have everyone elses video windows bigger than their own, so that wont work. Can record 2-way skype, but not 3-way.

If anyone has any idea where to find a program like this, please give a shout!!

I havent messed with skype, but i remember a skype plugin for that called festoon, not sure if its still viable or even what you are looking for but i thought i would throw it out there.

I will check it out! It does seem that development on it has stopped a couple years ago, but maybe it will still work, who knows Thanx!

Update - tried Festoon and it doesnt even work anymore They took the website down and everything.

there has to be a way to do video conference calls and record them!!

As for me,i use SkypeCap for Mac.It's records audio and video Skype calls.I like it's prog.

for record Skype conference i recommended use TalkAide for Skype http://www.talkaide.com/TalkAide_for_Skype.It's new cool prog.

Will TalkAide or IMCapture allow for 4-way VIDEO recording though?

It has to be able to let me contact 3 other people, have their video on the screen in Skype and record from all 4 video and audio streams.
