Im trying out Sothink's one right now. Handbrake wont do my 1080p .mkv files.

Converted a 43min 1080p tv episode from .mkv, to a 720p .mp4. Took 1 hr.

Doing the rest of the episodes now. Estimated time for 18 43min episodes, 10 hrs. It allows you to set the number of cores, and gives a shut down after complete option. I am going to head to bed and check it when I get up.

I really like it. Not sure if I would upgrade to pro though, .mp4 for HD files seems to work really well. I am currently converting all of Spartacus: Blood and Sand from .mkv to .mp4, so I can watch them all on my xbox 360.

I often use winx converter to compress some high definition videos, as it lets me convert mp4. h.264 to mp4. h.265 with smaller file sizes. The quality is good for me. ([https://bit.ly/37HMcF2]here[/https://bit.ly/37HMcF2] they have a compression test). If the format is not what I care about, I also use Handbrake to do it.
