when I run C#.Net Console Application in my visual studio 2008...
this error is occuring "this application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)" Click OK to close this application
and then my application closed...
I am so sad about that and i gonna cry
please help me to solve this error

I'd say either uninstall and then re-install or a system restore might cure it. However I'm not sure if doing these will delete work that you have already done so I recommend putting these files on a USB stick or something first.

I had already uninstalled and reinstalled but its the same as older...
My Laptop is ASUS A42J series
Core i5
Graphic Nvidia CUDA 1GB and Onboard Intel Graphic
Memory 4GB DDR3
I think that it concern with graphic card(nvidia)
I want to install another graphic driver...
Can you help me?
