Crystal Reports

Post by smack323 »

Hey all- I know oracle SQL pretty well. and I have interviewed for a job that uses Crystal Reports. From what I have been exposed it seems pretty strait forward.
Does anyone know if any companies do online training. I will do some more looking into but wanted to hear from people with experiance not just advertising.
I would like to get the basics down before starting.

I took CR in college. It's pretty easy but the coding syntax is somewhat proprietary so that makes it hard without some reference. If you know Visual Basic, it makes it easier. You might try Lynda.com

its included in my visual studio, and I kinda know ASP.net - took a class in it last semester anyway. I am just going to get a book and do some examples I am sure its enough to get me started.
